Email SupportFrequently Asked Questions
Does ChordFlow collect my data?
No. ChordFlow does not collect, store, or send any of your data to the developer or third parties. Your songs live on your device (and, if you enable iCloud sync, in your own private iCloud — which we cannot access). The guitar tuner processes audio locally in real time and never records anything. See our Privacy Policy.
Can I suggest a feature?
Absolutely! We love hearing your ideas and feedback. Many of ChordFlow's features started as user suggestions. Email us and your idea may be part of a future update.
Is ChordFlow available on Android or Mac?
ChordFlow is currently available for iPhone and iPad only. Android and Mac versions are being considered based on user interest — let us know if you'd like to see them!
How do I report a bug?
Email us with a step-by-step description of the issue, the app version (Settings → Version), your iOS version and device model, and screenshots if possible. The more detail, the faster we can fix it.
Why does the tuner ask for microphone access?
The built-in guitar tuner needs the microphone to detect the pitch of the strings you play. All audio is processed locally on your device in real time — nothing is ever recorded, stored, or transmitted. If you denied access by mistake, you can enable it in iOS Settings → ChordFlow → Microphone.
